Executive Board

 

Co-Presidents: Lisa Chavez and Heather Svensek

Responsible for day-to-day operations of EDMoMs and planning the agenda for the board meetings. Contact her with any questions. If she doesn't have the answer, she will find someone who does.
 

Vice President: open

Responsible for planning and organizing the speakers/event for meetings. Can answer questions regarding upcoming events, meetings, times, and locations.
  

Treasurer: Margaret Braile

Responsible for managing all financial aspects of EDMoMs. In charge of clothing sale checks.
 

Secretary: Bobbie Bichel

Responsible for taking minutes at all EDMoMs business and general meetings and maintaining the club's records.  She also updates the roster and distributes it periodically.  If you have a change to your roster information please contact her.

Membership: Stacy Nagra

Responsible for helping new members join the club and find their way around.  Collects yearly dues from members.

 

Board Members

 

Book Club Coordinator:  Gail Fitzpatrick

Responsible for organizing EDMoMs book club meetings.

Buddy Coordinator: Nicole Thompson

Responsible for setting up new members with a "buddy" who will help guide them through the club.

 

Bunco Coordinator: Christine Terbijhe

Coordinates the EDMoMs Bunco group.

Clothing Sale Co-Coordinators: Heather Svensek, and Heather Smalley

Responsible for planning, organizing and running EDMoMs semi-annual clothing and equipment sales. She can answer any questions you have about the sale.

 

Historian: Annemarie Triplett

Responsible for keeping a history of EDMoMs including photos and a scrapbook.
 

Librarian: Arianna Sampson

Responsible for updating and maintaining the EDMoMs library.  Also brings the books to meetings.
 

Meal Coordinator: Elaine Purkis

Responsible for organizing the meal program and making sure those in need of a meal receive one, such as MoMs who have just delivered.

 

National Representative: Heather Stewart

Liaison between EDMoMs and National Organization of Mothers of Twins Clubs.

 

NCA Representative: Bonnie Bergstrom

Liaison between EDMoMs and the Northern California Association of Mothers of Twins Clubs.

  

Newsletter Editor: Lisa Chavez

Creates and prints monthly newsletter. Collects all information to be included in the newsletter including birth notices, sale/wanted notices, information regarding events, and more.

Playgroup Coordinator/Out N About: Beth Burgess

Responsible for scheduling All Ages Playgroups and Out N Abouts 

Playgroup Coordinators: Coordinates the monthly playgroups.

      Infant/Expectant MoMs: Heather Svensek

      Toddlers: Erika Conners     

Preemie Clothes Closet Coordinator: Susan Rutz

Keeps and coordinates the preemie clothes closet.

 

Preemie Snack Pack Coordinator: Pam Brozak

Keeps and coordinates snack packs for MoMs of preemies that are in the hospital. 

Public Relations/Marketing: Sara Taverna-Jurren   Responsible for getting information out to the public about the club and our activities.

 

Social Chair:

Responsible for planning the four EDMoM family parties. Want to help?  Let her know! 

Sunshine Coordinator: Susan Rutz  Sends out greeting to new moms and others in need of a little sunshine.

 

Webmaster: Sharon Powell

Responsible for updating and maintaining the EDMoMs website. Backs up the Yahoo Group Coordinator

 

Yahoo Group Coordinator: Lisa Chavez

Responsible for adding members and updating information for the club Yahoo groups.
